ASL Aviation Holdings (ASL) has acquired two Boeing 747-400ERF freighters previously operated within the ASL Group fleet under lease agreements.
The aircraft, MSN 33516 (OE-IFB) and MSN 33945 (OE-IFD), are operated by ASL Airlines Belgium. Ownership of both aircraft was transferred to ASL Aviation Holdings on August 7, 2026.
The two 747-400ERFs are established members of the Group’s long-haul freighter fleet and will continue supporting ASL’s global air cargo operations.
The acquisition strengthens ASL Aviation Holdings’ long-haul freighter business and expands its portfolio of owned aircraft. It also forms part of the Group’s broader fleet and asset strategy, aimed at developing its international air cargo platform and supporting the long-term needs of its airline operations and customers.
