Ironman Wales was the most challenging endurance race I've ever completed. The swim featured massive swells, and the bike and run were drenched in torrential rain. It truly tested my mental strength and sheer determination to cross the finish line, making this race an unforgettable experience

IRONMAN 140.6 ARIZONA

ronman 140.6 Arizona is in the books! I’m proud of this one. Despite being undertrained, battling pain in my right foot, and recovering from being sick two weeks before the race, I pushed through to the finish line. I took 2nd in my AG on the swim, paced myself on the run for 23 miles, and switched to a fast walk for the final stretch.
