Stratos, a top ten aircraft asset manager, has successfully executed three separate transactions involving the sale of four aircraft. The transactions include two A320 aircraft (MSNs 5653 and 5372) sold to Avion Express, one 737-300F (MSN 27459) sold to a Middle Eastern buyer and a leased 777-300ER (MSN 38665) transferred to investors managed by Altavair. This latest series of trades brings the total number of aircraft sold or leased by Stratos in the past 12 months to 17, capitalising on an optimal sales environment that has delivered exceptional returns for various investors across its managed fleet.
The 777-300ER is currently on a long-term lease with Air France, while the A320s were acquired by Avion Express at the conclusion of their respective leases. The 737 freighter was sold on behalf of Texel Air, a Bahrain-based airline. This strategic movement not only reflects Stratos's active engagement in the aviation market but also highlights the company's ability to navigate complex transactions effectively.
