Future Flight Global (FFG) and Archer Aviation (Archer) have announced a significant agreement focused on deploying electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) services in major global markets. As part of this agreement, FFG plans to purchase up to 116 of Archer's Midnight aircraft, with the deal valued at up to US$580 million. This latest agreement increases Archer's indicative order book to US$6 billion. The two companies are now in the process of formalising definitive agreements for the aircraft purchases and a strategic operating alliance, with nearly US$5 million in pre-delivery payments expected once these agreements are finalised.
