When starting any lease return EOL project, it's extremely important to ensure all MPD tasks have been performed to ensure a smooth transition and the EOL check is loaded with all the latest Rev MPD cards as operators run their own AMP or AMS which means they could be controlling MPD cards under a unique numbering system.
This would mean obtaining the customer AMP or AMS LDND in XL and crosschecking this document against the latest Rev of the MPD. It sounds easy, but many airlines package A or C checks, or split cards into L or R by adding a unique numbering system. Performing vlookups then becomes a challenge and requires a highly skilled records expert to ensure the customer's AMP or AMS is cleaned up and the delivery Engines are listed or provided in a standalone XL status.
Airbus aircraft also have extra complexity of aircraft MOD status, which needs to be validated to ensure all MOD-driven tasks are correctly loaded into the EOL check. There could also be a pending MPD Rev change, which will require the differences between Revs and what new applicable cards would need adding, even if the operators AMP or AMS is 1 to 2 Revs behind the latest MPD.
It usually takes 2-3 days for Boeing aircraft and 3-5 days for Airbus aircraft to build an MPD LDND from the ground up to demonstrate task compliance and any bridging checks to meet EOL requirements. AAM - Aircraft Asset Management is an industry expert in this field of work, with very competitive pricing. If you quickly need to validate your AMP or AMS LDND against the MPD, we have the in-house technical skill to perform and deliver on-time and on-budget task validation.
