Avora Aviation seals A320 sale-leaseback deal with FTAI

Dubai-based Avora Aviation has completed a sale-and-leaseback transaction with FTAI Aviation covering one Airbus A320, MSN 5931.

The aircraft will be operated by Fly2Sky Airlines and is expected to enter service later in August 2026. The addition forms part of Fly2Sky’s fleet renewal and restructuring programme for the year.

Avora said the transaction also supports the development of its wider aviation platform, spanning aircraft leasing, trading and airline operations.

The sale-and-leaseback is part of Avora’s fleet and capital management strategy, allowing the company to release capital to support further growth across its aviation businesses.
