Indian carrier Star Air takes delivery of two Embraer E175 jets

Azorra has announced the delivery of two Embraer E175 aircraft to Indian regional carrier Star Air, marking the start of its first customer partnership in India. The second of the 88-seat, all-economy jets has now arrived in Bengaluru, Karnataka, following the first delivery in April 2025. Two additional E175s are scheduled for delivery over the coming months, completing a lease agreement signed earlier this year.

In addition to these new deliveries, Azorra has novated four Embraer E175s on lease to Star Air from Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), following its acquisition of 49 Embraer E-Jets from DAE in May 2025. The combined additions will support Star Air
