The two Boeing 737-800 aircraft will be operated by American Airlines © Aergo Capital
Aergo Capital has sold two Boeing 737-800 aircraft to Setna iO, acting on behalf of Raptor Aircraft Finance I Limited 2019-1. The aircraft, bearing manufacturer serial numbers 31105 and 31081, mark another milestone in Aergo’s growing portfolio of aviation transactions.
Hunter Edens, Chief Commercial Officer at Setna iO, said: “We are excited to close our first transaction with Aergo and to add two more Boeing 737-800 aircraft to our growing portfolio. We appreciate everyone’s efforts from the Aergo side to get this transaction over the line and look forward to supporting American Airlines’ operation with these two aircraft.”
Clifford Chance LLP acted as lead counsel to Aergo. Aviation Transaction Advisors and Saul Ewing served as counsel to Setna iO.
